Who can participate
You must be at least 18, provide a valid verified email address and act honestly. Traveller Rewards is for individuals sharing Merofly personally. The Partner Programme is for approved travel businesses, creators, advisers and other organisations or professionals.
Partner applications may be approved, declined or held for verification. Approval does not create employment, agency, franchise or authority to bind Merofly.
Referral links and attribution
Merofly gives each participant a unique link and code. A link may apply to the current visit without browser storage. Merofly stores the attribution on that browser for up to 30 days only after the visitor accepts optional referral attribution in Privacy choices. Withdrawing consent removes the saved code. A newer valid link may replace an earlier attribution. Credit is available only where a valid code is recorded on the eligible order.
Traveller Rewards
For each eligible fulfilled order, the traveller referrer earns Merofly credit equal to 5% of the qualifying purchase price, excluding refunds, chargebacks, taxes or amounts not paid where applicable. Credit remains pending for 14 days and may then be used only as Merofly displays in the dashboard.
Credit is not cash, cannot be transferred, has no value outside Merofly and may be subject to a reasonable expiry period stated before redemption. Merofly will not retrospectively reduce credit already made available except to correct error, fraud, a refund or a dispute.
Partner commission
The dashboard or written partner offer shows the applicable commission rate. The standard starting rate is 5% of the qualifying fulfilled order value. Commission is pending for 14 days and becomes available only after the order remains eligible. Higher tiers, campaigns or different commercial terms apply only when Merofly confirms them.
Partners are responsible for tax, invoicing and payout details. Minimum payout amounts, supported payout methods and processing schedules are shown in the partner dashboard or a supplemental agreement.
Marketing and disclosure rules
- Make the commercial relationship obvious before or with the referral content—use a clear label such as “Ad” or “Affiliate link” where required.
- Use accurate Merofly claims and current prices. Do not promise guaranteed coverage, speed, compatibility, savings or earnings.
- Follow applicable advertising, privacy, electronic-marketing and platform rules.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages or automated posts.
- Do not bid on Merofly brand search terms, impersonate Merofly, register confusing domains or publish fake reviews without written permission.
Excluded activity and reversals
No reward or commission is due for self-referrals; duplicate or test orders; refunded, cancelled, disputed or fraudulent orders; manipulated attribution; purchases made with stolen payment details; or activity that breaches these terms.
Merofly may withhold, reverse or offset an affected amount and suspend the account while a good-faith investigation is completed. We may request reasonable evidence of traffic or promotional activity.
Changes, suspension and closure
You may stop participating at any time. Merofly may suspend or close an account for risk, inactivity or breach, and may change or end a programme prospectively. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practicable.
Properly earned, available partner commission remains payable subject to verification, fraud checks, payout minimums and any lawful set-off. Unused promotional Traveller credit may expire when the programme ends if reasonable notice is given.
Records, law and contact
Merofly's validated order, attribution and ledger records determine rewards, subject to correction of clear error. Programme data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
