Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses merofly.com, the Merofly apps or a Merofly eSIM, including a traveller who received an eSIM bought by someone else.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use Merofly or a Merofly eSIM to do any of the following.

• Break the law of the country you are in or the country whose network you are using.
• Send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful or threatening content.
• Distribute malware, run phishing or fraud operations, or attempt unauthorised access to any system.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights.
• Handle or distribute material that sexually exploits or endangers children.
• Interfere with, scan, overload or attempt to disrupt Merofly, a supplier or a mobile network.
• Use stolen, unauthorised or disputed payment details, or create accounts to evade a suspension.
• Resell, rebrand or commercially redistribute Merofly service outside an approved partner arrangement.
• Provide another person's details to us without their permission.

3. Account security

Keep your account credentials, installation links and QR codes private. Merofly will never ask you to forward a QR code or activation details. Tell us immediately at support@merofly.com if you think your account or eSIM has been compromised.

4. Automated fraud and security checks

We run automated checks on orders, payments and referral attribution to detect fraud and abuse. A check can delay or block an order. You can ask a person to review the decision by emailing support@merofly.com.

5. Enforcement

Where this policy is breached we may warn you, suspend or cancel an eSIM, close an account, withhold or reverse Merofly Credit, refuse future orders and, where the law requires it, report the matter to the authorities. We act proportionately and will explain our reason on request.

6. Reporting misuse

Report suspected misuse of Merofly to support@merofly.com with as much detail as you can give us.
