1. About Merofly
Merofly is operated by SPACE AI TECHNOLOGY UK LTD, company number 15446027, registered office 142-143 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 1EY, United Kingdom. Merofly provides travel eSIM services and related digital products. Use of merofly.com and the Merofly apps is subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a contract and to purchase mobile data services.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Purchases
Prices are shown in the customer’s selected storefront currency where supported. The travel destination affects the package price, not the selected storefront currency. Unsupported currencies may use the displayed fallback currency. The final currency, amount, availability, coverage and validity are confirmed before payment.
5. Activation and use
eSIMs must be installed on a compatible device. Activation and validity are package-specific: they may begin on installation, on first connection to a supported destination network, or on another disclosed supplier event. The applicable rule is shown before payment.
6. Fair use
Plans are intended for personal travel use and must not be used for commercial resale, high-volume automated traffic or activities that violate local law.
7. Coverage
Coverage and speed depend on the local networks Merofly's connectivity partners use and are not guaranteed at any specific level.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Because eSIMs are digital products, refund eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated or used, the package-specific conditions and applicable consumer law. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.
9. Referral rewards and the professional partner programme
Merofly operates a traveller-only referral benefit under the published Traveller Rewards Terms: 5% non-cash Merofly Credit after a directly invited new traveller’s first eligible completed eSIM purchase, subject to validation, refund and anti-abuse rules. It is separate from the professional partner programme operated on Merofly Connect at www.meroflyconnect.com, and the two benefits cannot stack on one order.
10. Intellectual property
The Merofly name, logo and content are the property of Merofly or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
11. Prohibited use
You must not use Merofly to infringe rights, harm others, or breach applicable laws.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merofly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
13. Suspension
We may suspend accounts or plans where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Disputes
Where possible we ask you to contact support@merofly.com first so we can resolve issues directly.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Merofly after changes take effect indicates acceptance. Contact: support@merofly.com.
